Is that the interface of the future? Looks like straight out of a movie, doesn’t it?
What you see here is eDEX-UI, a “science-fiction terminal emulator with advanced monitoring and touch screen support”. I actually used my editor and worked on some code before taking the picture. But all the fancy animations, although not useless as they show real information, are quite distracting.
According to the author of the software it is planned to insert even more useful functionality and not let the project be a mere toy. So I’m excited to see what’s coming.
